Microwave assisted solid state reaction synthesis of CdS nanoparticles

摘要
CdS nanoparticles with different sizes have been successfully synthesized by microwave-assisted solid state reaction between Cd(CH3COO)(2).2H(2)O and Na2S.9H(2)O at the presence of surfactant PEG400. The process of heating has influence on the crystallinity of CdS. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, and the formation mechanism of CdS nanoparticles has also been discussed.
