摘要
Combined with the practice of the Chinese small and middle enterprises' (SMEs') strategic management, this paper analyzes the limitation and existing defects of the traditional strategic management method applying to the SMEs. On this basis and combined with the newest achievements, this paper analyzes the applications of the core competence theory, the virtual enterprise operation mode and the game theory in the SMEs' strategic management. After combining these three methods together, this paper proposes the SME's strategic analysis method which is based on both the core competencies of the game theory and the virtual manufacturing mode, summarizes the implementation process in which this method is applied to the SME's strategic management.
