摘要
Influence factors of energy consumption and energy management about BF-BOF route are analyzed in integrated iron and steel works. At the same time, energy conversion efficiency of facilities, utilization technologies of secondary energy are considered. From the decomposition of special energy consumption--SEC, the energy medium producing, distribution, deposition and utilization are taken into account for energy saving and decreasing emission. The energy medium (such as byproduct gases; steam; electricity etc.) optimizing distribution and efficient utilization through energy consumption index model are studied. For example, one of the energy medium, taking share 30% of total energy consumption as the mostly secondary energy--byproduct gases, which are made of blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, converter gas etc., plays an important role in integrated iron and steel works. So, aimed at the characters of produced, deposited, distributed and utilized of energy medium, an energy distribution and management system is developed for optimal distribution the energy resource by off-line optimization for improving secondary energy utilization efficiency.
