摘要：
The ideological and political education for college students is the lifeline of cultivating their high-quality. It is a hope project, quality project and civil project that matters to our great socialist cause with Chinese characteristics. Following with socialist core value system and "love" concept and basic principles of ideological and political education, Henan Polytechnic University has established the all-member educating system which contains specially employed supervisors system, the leadership and student's discussion system, the guiding system of chief professional tutors and the system of morning exercises and morning reading. Through these systems, we have constructed a long-acting mechanism of ideological and political education.
