The paper describes 5 new species of Meganola Dyar, 1898 (M. paramediana, M. nankunensis, M. wangi, M. donglashanensis and M. longshengensis spp. nov.) from China. Five described species, M. latiscripta Laszlo, Ronkay & Witt, 2005, M. tarkabarka Laszlo, Ronkay & Witt, 2010, M. semirufa (Hampson, 1894), M. galsworthyi Laszlo, Ronkay & Witt, 2010 and M. indistincta (Hampson, 1894) are reported from China for the first time. Adults and genitalia are illustrated.
