UI Fluency Design Based on Service Business of Mobile Logistics APP

The logistics industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and consumers can obtain logistics services through mobile phone APP. However, with the deepening of social informatization, information interference is increasingly criticized by the public, which puts forward higher requirements for the fluent performance of logistics APP. In this paper, 9 kinds of general logistics service APP are selected as the research cases. Firstly, the logistics business is divided into three categories according to the service nature. And then for the different using characteristics of logistics business, we optimize the UI fluency design focusing on two important aspects: cognitive thinking and reading behavior, aiming to improve the user experience of logistics service APP from the fluency performance through UI design.
