摘要
In the data acquisition system,how to complete large-capacity data storage has become a key issue. According to the application in the practical engineering,this paper introduced a data storage system that is consisted of FPGA as the central logic controlling module and 16-bit PSRAM as the external memory. And the hardware interface circuit and the corresponding design ideas have been given. Through test, the system includes these advantages:simple operation instructions, large storage capacity and fast storage speed.
