摘要：
The pathology resistance to usual treatment is a classic starting point of medical reflection, the actual notion of refractory schizophrenias is a good example. From three clinical example, we'll discuss not the resistance but the increase of certain delirium by neuroleptics. The hysterical delirium, that look like the dream, could be increased by neuroleptics.
