摘要
In order to study the working performance of phased beam pumping unit (PBPU), the eighth type pumping units were selected as the object of study, and the kinetic, load and torque characteristics were contrastive analysed with conventional beam pumping units (CBPU) and PBPU. The theoretical analysis results indicated that the torque factor curve of PBPU was more similar to sinusoid and peak torque decreased. The peak values of PBPU polished rod velocity and polished rod acceleration were all lower than the CBPU, PBPU has the characteristics of power saving, load reduction and stable operation and so on.
