摘要
Small hydropower, as one of the most valuable low-carbon energy, is significantly essential for the construction of a moderately prosperous society and accelerating the establishment of new socialist countryside. To make some remote rural areas have a convenient life, our country has developed small hydropower since several years. With the help of various sectors, great achievements have been made in many rural areas. Employing both fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and with and without comparison method would be considered as the appropriate way to analyze the effect of practical application of small hydropower to new rural areas. A case study was performed on the basis of the promotion of small hydropower in Chengde of Hebei Province to verify its virtual effect on economy; the conclusion of this experiment has indicated that small hydropower is beneficial to improve the economy in new rural areas.
