摘要：
We report resonantly cladding-pumped Yb-free Er-doped fiber laser delivering similar to 48 W of CW output at 1590 nm with similar to 57% efficiency. It is believed to be the highest power ever reported from Yb-free, Er-doped LMA fiber. (C)2009 Optical Society of America
