摘要
Transparent (>80% transmittance) ZnO thin films were prepared by electrostatic spray deposition for 100 min at 300 and 400 degrees C on soda-lime-silica slide glass substrates. X-ray diffraction analysis exhibited presence of poorly crystallized zinc oxide. Surface morphology of the films varied with the deposition temperature. The band gap values of the ZnO films deposited at 300 and 400 degrees C are 3.28 and 3.24 eV, respectively. (C) 2005 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l. All rights reserved.
