摘要
We have reviewed some applications on various biological specimens using atomic force microscopy (AFM). We focus on some novel progress in nucleic acids including deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA), protein, nucleic acid-protein complexes, cell and virus investigated by AFM.
