摘要
The environmental pollution increasingly caused people's concern, the concentration of sulfur dioxide and other gases in the atmospheric pollution has important effects on the human body. The paper theoretically studies the linear relationship between the concentration of sulfur dioxide in a certain concentration range and the intensity of the fluorescence based on the reality of monitoring SO2 gas from flue, and on this basis, designs the scheme of measurement about the concentration of SO2, researches a new method of detecting the concentration of gas that uses the wireless transmission of the light signals to online telemeter SO2 gas with high sensitivity. Atmospheric pollution is one of the problems concerned by every country in the world. It always brings too many damages to both the development of economy and natural environment. Especially, it is harmful to the human being's health. SO2 is one of the most important components in atmospheric pollution. In China, it generates from the sulfurous fuel used by industrial and winter heating such as coal and oil. If we want to control and eliminate the pollution to the atmosphere caused by sulfur dioxide, the key is the precise detection of the concentration of sulfur dioxide. Among all methods for detecting sulfur dioxide, ultraviolet fluorescence method is popular in many countries, including our country, and also is promoted by Word Health Organization. The fluorescence gas sensor has the following advantages: (1) safe and reliable (2) resistance to electromagnetic interference, high accuracy of measurement (3) the large dynamic range, fast response, high sensitivity At the same time fluorescence gas sensor can adapt to the harsh testing environment, be paid attention widely by both at home and abroad in recent years. This article researches and designs a new wireless gas concentration measurement system to achieve online telemetry of SO2 gas with high sensitivity based on gas ultraviolet fluorescence detection technology. We design the scheme of measurement about the concentration of SO2 using the fluorescence sensor based on the linear relationship between the concentration of sulfur dioxide in a certain concentration range and the intensity of the fluorescence, which is the reality of monitoring SO2 gas from flue. The design idea of the overall system is: to set a light source, the required exciting light is acquired by the light source through a filter. The exciting light and the sample gas react in the fluorescence room and the fluorescence signal is produced, which is detected and converted to the electrical pulse signal through the photomultiplier tubes, the signal is transmitted by wireless technology, then measured and compared through the subsequent amplification filter circuit, alarm woll happen if it is beyond the normal range. This system has the following features: (1) The system can realize real-time on-line detection of the concentration of SO2 gas, and has a high sensitivity; (2) The system has the high anti-jamming capability, can work safely and reliably in the harsh environments such as strong electromagnetic interference; (3) The system uses wireless transmission, can realize remote sensing function; (4) The system responses to change quickly; (5) The designed of circuit, light path and gas path are modular, the work is stable, easy to repair and maintain.
