The Study of Housing Security Management information System

Housing is an important livelihood issue, it is related to the vital interests of broad masses of the people, social harmony and stability. Housing security is an important measure to solve the housing problems of urban low-income families; the establishment of housing security management information system is conducive to promoting the housing security into a more scientific, standardized, efficient and transparent way and do a great role in promoting housing security. In this paper, according to the segregation of duties at all levels under the existing housing security policy system, do the System requirements analysis separately of subdistrict office, district and city housing security department, and on this basis to build the overall framework of the system and raise the housing security application for approval business process. Meanwhile, the paper design the function module required for external and internal network, and describe the main functions of each functional modules.
