摘要
This paper reports the design, fabrication, and testing of novel low-passfilters based on periodic capacitively loaded coplanar strip-lines on GaAs substrates. The main feature of these filters is the simplicity of the fabrication process and the reduction of radiation losses and layout dimensions. (C) 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
