摘要
Human resource management research based on inter-organizational relationship is an important school of FIRM research. Human resource management research based on inter-organizational relationship focus on the organizational FIRM responses to the challenge of environment, especially how to cope with the inter-organizational relationship. The research of this level has the theoretical bases which are resource dependence theory, population ecology theory, social network theory and new-institutional theory. Resource dependence theory emphasizes the importance of reducing resource dependency on the other organization. Population ecology theory argues that structural inertia is HRM objection. Social network suggests that HRM should achieve the symbiosis with the other organization. The new-institutional theory argues that FIRM means legitimacy. At last, this paper hope there are more research can integrate different theory and different research level. And this paper gives some suggestion for the future research.
