Dynamic Monitoring of Land Use Based on RS and GIS Technology

摘要
Land use and land cover change research has very important significance from the point of ecology and social economy. Environmental effects research caused by LUCC has more important ecological value. We chose resources exhausted Wangping area of Mentougou district of Beijing as the study area and analyzed land use using three TM remote sensing images from 1990 to 2000 by decision tree and visual interpretation method. Land cover changes such as dynamic condition and transform matrix of land use were extracted by spatial overlay analysis model of ArcGIS. Research results indicated that forest, grass and farmland transformed frequently from 1990 to 1995, dynamic condition of grass from 1990 to 1995 is the biggest, and dynamic condition of water from 1995 to 2000 is the same. Combining quantitative results of land use and land cover change with the spatial distribution of coal mine, We found that because of coal mining activities from 1990 to 1995, land use pattern changed greatly and large area of forest transformed uneven ground and ecological service function decrease gradually, while because of close up of coal mining area and economy transform and great attachment of local government, land use pattern greatly changed, uneven ground gradually transformed open forest land, and ecological service function crease gradually. During the whole period, land use pattern of regions other than coal mining area changed little. To sum up, land use and land cover change of exhausted coal mining area can provide benign technology support for regional ecological restoration.
