摘要：
Outsourcing, as a new mode of operation has been increasingly used by enterprises. Through the analysis impact of outsourcing on the transaction costs and enterprise boundaries the paper believe that outsourcing can reduce the number of transactions between the two sides and the level of specific assets, thereby reducing transaction costs. Through outsourcing non-core business, enterprises can enhance its own core competitive advantage, extend enterprise's vertical boundaries and horizontal boundaries, and ultimately make the boundaries of enterprise emerge virtualization trends.
