摘要
The management of a health care organization and its performance improvement require an activity of constant evaluation of the care activity quality. Like industry, we need to seek "errors", to bring them to light, to decide on what we have to do, to act in order to solve them, to check the results and to continue the activity in order to obtain continuous improvement. The reason of the introduction of total quality management in health services results from the fact that they are constantly changing and there are under constant pressure exerted by competitors, the private health system. However, without an orientation of the health system towards a total quality management, the expected results will not be achieved.
