The Method and Procedure of the Whole-Process Control in Clean Room Construction

This paper summarized the method of whole-process management in clean room construction, including managerial organization chart, training plan and detailed operational procedures. The paper proposes to set the phase division of construction, and discuss the managing policy so as to achieve the cleaning classification requirements.
