摘要
Giemsa C-banded karyotypes were analysed in cytogenetic type AA. BE and AABB of Scilla scilloides Complex. Heterochromatic regions were found on the telomeric regions of short arm and on nucleolar-organizer regions (NORs). The number and size of C-bands were quite different depending on the chromosomes. Ten bands were appeared in diploid AA genome (a2, a3, a5, as, a7 and a8 chromosome) and three bands in diploid BE genome (bl, b3 and b4 chromosome). All the bands except the NOR of a2 chromosome from AA genome were identified in cytotype AABB. The thick bands representing NORs were detected on a2 in AA plants, whereas on bl in BE ones. However, the NORs of AA genome have been deleted in allotetraploid AABB plant, suggesting that NOR activities of AA genome are partially supressed by BE genome in allotetraploids.
