Study on the Development Strategy of Small- and Medium-Sized Logistics Enterprises, Based on Brusselator

With the globalization of logistics, small-and medium-sized logistics enterprises are faced with great survival pressure. Many logistics enterprises are making business expansions blindly, eager to transfer to high-level logistics enterprises to fight for market share. This leads to the waste of resources and huge risk. In this paper, we analyze whether the state of the enterprise's service system and its environment are appropriate for increasing investment and changing the enterprise's development mode by using "Brusselator" Theory, giving managers suggestions about development strategy. Finally, the author uses a case study to prove the effectiveness.
