Analog fault diagnosis based on a new improved BP algorithm

摘要
An improved BP algorithm is proposed and fault diagnosis of analog circuits is performed based on it. By associating rapid operation of SDA (Steepest Descent Algorithm) with rapid convergence of CGM-OC (Conjugate Gradient Method of Crossed-correction), the proposed SD-CGM-OC algorithm employs SDA in the beginning of training and CGM-OC near the extremum. Compared with conventional BP algorithm, it has higher learning efficiency and more satisfactory quadratic convergence. Based on it, faults in analog circuits with tolerance are located. The given simulation test demonstrates that the proposed strategy can greatly reduce the influence of tolerance upon fault diagnosis and has satisfactory diagnosis speed.
