摘要：
Engineering consultancy plays a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and quality of development projects. China's WTO entry brought great challenges to China's fledgling consulting engineering profession. Based on the in-depth analysis of current status of China's consulting engineering profession, weaknesses and constraints inhibiting the growth of China's consulting engineering profession are presented, and some basic, strategies for accelerating the process of internationalization of China's consulting engineering profession are proposed in this paper.
