摘要：

This paper reviews lite literature in relation to virtual organisations and virtual organising, from this, the authors develop two instruments to measure the espoused readiness of the organisation to collaborate virtually (external strategies) and the actual preparedness to operate virtually (internal strategies). The use of the instruments and implications for the future are discussed.
