摘要
In the DS (Differentiated Services) enabled networks, the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) should consider that the quality of the offered data transmission services correspond with the definitions of the established SLAs. Furthermore, economic profit aims of the ISPs should also fulfill. In this paper, we describe a SLA management system for the IP domains of the ISPs. The system considers requirements of the customers of the ISPs and the profit aims of the ISPs without knowing the data transmission resources of the network environment. Operations of the system are based on use of the mamdani type of fuzzy controller.
