摘要
The paper present the monitoring elements of the water resources on the Bahlui Basin River placed in the North-Eastern part of Romania in a region with scarce water resources. In the present the monitoring system of the water resources is structured in many sub-systems: surface water. reservoirs, protected areas, and groundwater and wastewater sub-systems. On the rivers, monitoring sections of 1(st), 2(nd) and 3(rd) order provide data with a monthly frequency; for the protected areas, reservoirs, groundwater water and pollution sources the frequency of sampling varies from one month to six months. In the present the biological monitoring systems is at the beginning but about the European Water Directive we must to design a modern integrated monitoring system using hydro-meterological environmental sensors (optically and electrochemical sensors) and an integrated transmission system with a web site database.
