Study on the Personnel Training Mode of Plant Science Specialty in Applied Undergraduate Colleges

In this paper, aimed at the problems existed in the personnel training mode of Plant Science Specialty, provided the reform approach of personnel training mode of Plant Science Specialty in applied undergraduate colleges of our country, in order to improve the quality of personnel development of Plant Science Specialty. With the development of society and economy, the demand for talent has undergone major changes, the industry demand for talent is increasingly applied to increase, traditional plant science professional training mode and needs of the market economy and society are incompatible talent. How to adjust the plant science application-oriented training model to meet the needs of modern agricultural production is a common topic of application-oriented colleges face.
