摘要：
Chinese government has put more and more importance on the recycling and the disposal of waste household electric appliances due to the serious environmental problems and the resource wastes. The current situations and progress of recycling and disposal in market, technology, barriers, developments and legislation were expatiated in this paper. Additionally, some proposals and suggestions were put forward to promote the recycling and disposal work in standardization and industrialization.
