Synthesis and photoluminescence properties of (Y,Bi,Sc)VO4:Eu3+ phosphor

摘要
(Y,Bi,Sc)VO4:Eu3+ was synthesized by solid state reaction at 900 degrees C for 6 h, and their luminescence properties were investigated under UV and VUV excitation. Under 254 nm excitation, the excitated band Of YVO4:Eu3+ was composed of absorption Of VO43- and transition of Eu3+, strong pure red emission due to D-5(0)-> F-7(2) transition of Eu3+ was observed. The excitated band was broadened after doping Bi3+, but the relative intensity was decreased. After doping Sc3+, emission intensity was first increased, and then increased. Under147 nm excitation, (Y,Bi,SC)VO4:Eu3+ emission spectra was consistent with that of 254 nm UV excitation, but the emission intensity was decreased.
