摘要
This paper proposes an 8-channel switched filter bank based on system in package (SIP) technology. With the combination of filters, the operating frequency of the module can cover 8 to 18.5 GHz. The influence of ball grid array (BGA) package is simulated and analyzed. The whole filter bank is packaged with ceramic material to form a SIP filter to realize high integration and miniaturization. The measured results show that the proposed filter bank has good selectivity in each sub-band.
