摘要
An implementation of a novel method to automate the assessment of the abdominal subcutaneous adipose tissue and visceral adipose tissue which have been detected in MRI images for obese subjects is described. Deep learning has been exploited with a view of SAT / VAT quantification. The study aims to optimize the clinicians' time. VAT results are promising.
