The research progress &development trend of Comprehensive Evaluation methods

Firstly this paper summarizes and classifies the Comprehensive Evaluation (CE) methods in different fields, then explores the new research progress of the CE. The paper indicates that there are two evident problems in exiting methods: one is the non-consistency about the evaluation conclusion when using different CE methods to evaluate same object; the other is the disjointedness between theory research and application. It is put forward that to build up an effective I-3 DSS in the research of CE is a frontier task and a development trend. Based on the analysis above, this paper put forward a new idea of combination evaluation based on methods integration to set up an I-3 DSS that can support the consistent evaluation.
