摘要
Electromagnetic catapult takeoff as a new way to take off UAV,can be launched within a short distance UAV accelerated takeoff. Linear motor is the key part of electromagnetic catapult and needs to have the features of small size, light weight and large thrust. In order to improve the maneuverability and large thrust of UAV electromagnetic ejection, this paper presents a genetic algorithm based optimization design method for motor parameters.On the basis of establishing the permanent magnet linear motor model,taking the main structure parameters of the primary core and permanent magnet of the motor as the optimization variables,the thrust density of the motor is the optimization goal,and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the motor.The results show that compared with the initial motor, the motor quality is reduced, the thrust density is increased, and the optimized design is feasible.
