摘要：
The concept of "court" in European Regulations of Private International Law is causes several problems in practice in recent years. The reason is that it has gone from a strict conception of the court to a broad conception based on the judicial function. This forces to determine an autonomous concept that serves for the application of the rules of international jurisdictiona and recognition of decisions.
