摘要
The following article is based on documentary research on educational innovation and pedagogy, necessary elements for adapting to the social and technological changes of the 21st century. From this point of view, aspects referred to the importance of innovations and pedagogy are addressed, specifically the pedagogy of good humour as a valid and valuable strategy that favours an inclusive education based on values and the development of soft skills, framed in what corresponds to the social emotional growth of the students of the different levels and modalities of the Venezuelan educational system. To close, a series of conclusions are drawn from the analysis and interpretation of the content.
