摘要
Autonomous tracking is one of the important skills for mobile robots to complete more complicated tasks. In this paper, a robot tracking technique is proposed using neural networks and Kalman filtering. The vision and distance information is fused in the neural network which makes motion decisions for the follower robot. In addition, Kalman filtering is employed to predict expected robot positions from the captured images. The experimental results validate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed tracking methods.
