Study of the self-polymerizing reaction of N-diisopropyl amino acids by PCARS

摘要
Some amino acids become biological active when N-dialkyl phosphorylated. Five kinds of N-diisopropyl phosphorylated-alpha-amino acids are investigated by PCARS, They polymerize themselves to form peptide at 55 degrees C for 40 h. Characteristic vibration modes of the formed peptide are clearly resolved in our spectra. With help of theoretical calculation the configurations of these peptides are inferred to be a trans form. Further features and assignment of vibration modes are also achieved. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
