摘要
Polish copper ores arc the mixtures of three lithologic types: sandstones, shales and carbonates. Each of them features by different values of physico-mechanical characteristics, what influences on amounts of energy required to their comminution. The further consequence of this fact is other course of comminution process of the ore having various lithologic types contents and necessity of application of the other beneficiation operations system by various material streams flows. The examples of solutions for technological systems beneficiating various mixtures taking into account lithologic composition were presented in table 1 and on fig. I. The evaluation of energy demand needed to feed grinding process was conducted by the method of Bond work indexes. The results of analyzes were shown in tables 2 and 3. They show the differences between factors in dependence on sample location in the deposit (also time of sampling). Furthermore, the program of further investigation was initially discussed, allowing to better characterize work of the system of feed preparation to beneficiation process. The research will be continued.
