摘要
A kind of epoxy composite conductive paints filled with copper powders has been developed in this paper, where we focus on the effects of coupling agents KH550, KH570, JSC, and CT136. The results show that resistance increases when KH550 or KH570 is added to the paint, while decreases when CT136 or JSC added. The conductivity of the paints containing 2% JSC keeps stable during 500 hours of exposure to air. Besides, the proper content of copper powders is given through experiments. The results show that the necessary and proper content giving the best conductive ability is 75% for copper powder and 2% for JSC.
