Intelligent rock mechanics: Development and application

摘要
Since the concept of intelligent rock mechanics was publicly proposed in 1993, it has made great progresses. These are. particularly, shown in recognition of nonlinear relationship of rock mechanical parameters, development of interaction mechanism of geological features and construction, self-learning of rockmass constitutive model, symbolic representation of experience knowledge, development of expert system, integrated intelligent analysis method, estimation of rockburst risks in openings and deep gold mines, optimal design of underground openings, slope stability analysis, prediction of earthquake magnitude series, real-time prediction of roof pressure in coal mines, etc. In this paper new development and application of intelligent rock mechanics are further discussed, and its development direction is also suggested.
