摘要：

By introducing the theory of efficiency wages, this paper synthesizes the characteristics of the hotels in China, centers on discussing the transcendence of the efficiency wages in tourist firms over high wage, high unemployment rate. It concludes that the general law of high unemployment rate caused by high wages varies in different industries and it is reasonable to practice the efficiency wages selectively in the tourist firms in China.
