摘要：
Analysis of wave group statistics has been carried out using data measured in northern Taiwan. Five statistical models were applied to study the statistical distribution of total run and run length of the wave groups. It was found that the Weibull distribution could be used to describe the statistics of run length and total run. When the restriction of more than two higher waves must exist in a wave group is adopted, the statistics of the group run length and the group interval can be modeled with the exponential distribution as a first approximation.
