摘要
This paper has two objectives: first to adapt a French political skills scale to an organizational environment, based on the scale of Ferris et al. (2005), and second to highlight the moderating role of political skills on burnout. The adaptation of the scale was assessed among 170 French employees. The moderating role of political skills on burnout was studied with 496 French employees. The French version of the scale corresponds to the structure of the original scale, and confirmatory factor analysis yields very satisfactory adjustment indicators. The moderating role of political skills is partly verified. The results indicate the importance of distinguishing the four dimensions of political skills. The results of these two studies encourage further research on political skills in a francophone context, which requires further validation of the scale in French.
