摘要：
This paper reviews incoherent detection polarimetry as used in passive millimetre wave imaging. The Stokes' parameters are discussed together with the information content contained in polarimetric passive millimetre wave images. Experimental polarimetric data is presented and used to generate images of the Stokes' parameters. The degree of polarisation is calculated from the experimental data and presented. Passive millimetre wave images maximised for emission and reflection are generated from the experimentally determined Stokes' parameters.
