Research on enterprises coalitional games

The targets of enterprises coalitions are different, the forms of coalitions are also different, so the analytical methods are different accordingly. Then how to choose correct game theories and models to analyze the problems of enterprises strategic alliances? Based on the analysis of the aims, forms and payoff configurations of enterprises coalitions, the application circumstances of cooperative game theories are studied in this paper. It is well known that theories and models can't be used by rote, so in this paper, we also illuminated how to modify game models or even construct new models according to the practical situations of enterprises coalitions.
