摘要：
This article reports the case of a prematurely born small for gestational age (SGA) girl with dwarfism, lack of postnatal catch-up growth and idiopathic precocious puberty. Under therapy with depot leuprorelin acetate the girl developed pronounced local reactions at the injection site so that a switch to depot triptorelin acetate was made. No further skin reactions occurred after changing the therapy. The patient had probably reacted more sensitively to the retardant copolymer in the first preparation.
