Evolutionary Game Model of the Trust Relationship Among the Partners in the High-tech Enterprise Strategic Alliance

As global markets open up and competition grows, high-tech enterprises need to be increasingly creative about how and with whom they align themselves to go to the international market. A high-tech enterprise strategic alliance is when two or more businesses join together for a set period of time. The businesses, usually, are not in direct competition, but have similar products or services that are directed toward the same target audience. Apply evolutionary game method to build the replicated dynamic model of the trust relationship among the partners in the high-tech enterprise strategic alliance under bounded rationality. In the meantime, the learning course of trust or distrust strategy among participant enterprises is discussed in this paper. Moreover, the long-term evolutionary trend of partner selection strategies are described based on evolutionary stable strategy, and then the system's evolutionary equilibrium and stability between trust and distrust partners are also studied respectively. Finally, it is pointed out that the perfect trust restraint mechanism is the key to maintain the high-tech enterprise strategic alliance relationship between trust partners and distrust partners, which also provides some guidance for more extensive high-tech enterprise strategic alliance development afterwards.
