Study on the Quality Standard of Party Members among College Students

To set the standard of Party members' development with strong objectivity and operability, and to improve the overall quality of Party members among college students, have become the key issues in the construction and development of college Party organizations in China. However, the present Party building work in Chinese colleges and the work system of student Party members' development are still not perfect. Also the provisions of quality standards are too general. Therefore, based on domestic scholars' relevant research on the quality standard of Party members among college students, this paper refines the quality index system of the student Party members' development in most of colleges. And then on the main problems of the quality standard of Chinese college student Party members at this stage, it puts forward more scientific and objective optimization strategies, in order to provide a reference for the construction of the Party organizations in colleges.
